Financial status
Choreology was founded in January 2001 as a privately owned company. The starting capital of $1m came from the founders and a group of angel investors. In 2002, Choreology attracted a $3m institutional investment from Atlas Venture. A further $4.5m investment by Atlas Venture was announced in May 2003.

Investor events
The last shareholders meeting took place at the company's offices in the City of London on Friday 8th April 2005.
