We are building on our current focus on Business Transaction Management with the goal of creating software that will enable what we call Business Transaction Processing (BTP). All the elements of BTP illustrated below relate to Choreology’s experience in the areas of reliability, recoverability, state alignment and distributed computing protocols. Our strategic interest in this combination of technologies does not necessarily translate directly into our product strategy. For example, we are much more likely to partner with companies in the Business Process Management space than we are to create a fresh product in that densely populated area.

Business Transaction Processing combines Business Transaction Management, Business Process Management, and Business Conversation Management.

Or, in other words, Business Transaction Processing = flows, interactions and transactions.
