The products and services provided by Choreology Limited ("Choreology") on this website are provided subject to the following terms and conditions ("the Terms")

The Terms may be updated from time to time and you are advised to read the Terms each time you use this website.

Choreology provides information and resources via this website including software programmes ("Software") and documentation ("Documents") collectively referred to as ("the Services").

If you make use of or download any part of the Services you will be deemed to have accepted the Terms.

If you do not wish to accept the Terms you should not download any part of the Services.

Choreology owns all of the intellectual property rights in the Services and in this website.

You may not copy, sub-licence, sell, lend out or give any part of the Services to anyone else. In addition, you may not seek to adapt, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the object code version of the Software.

Choreology hereby grants to you a non exclusive non transferable licence to download and evaluate the Services.

This licence may be terminated at any time by means of a notification posted on this website or by an e-mail sent to the e-mail address supplied to us by you as part of the registration process.

When you no longer require the Services you agree to delete the Software from all of your computer systems and destroy the Documents.

The Services are provided on an "as is" basis for information and evaluation purposes only and without warranty of any kind including but not limited to any warranties as to the non-infringement of third party rights satisfactory quality or fitness for any particular purpose.

The Software is not designed to be fully operational and you are specifically forbidden from using any part of the Software and or the Documents in the course of your business.

Choreology does not accept any liability for any inaccuracies or omissions (other than for a fraudulent misrepresentation) in the website and or in the Services and any decisions you make based on the information provided to you as part of the Services or on this website are your sole responsibility.

Choreology does not and will not accept any liability for any direct, indirect, special or other financial loss or damage of any kind (except for liability for death or personal injury caused by it’s negligence) including, without limitation, any consequential losses or loss of profits which arise out of the way in which you use the Software, the Documents or this website or any part of them or your inability to use them

This clause shall continue in full force and effect after termination of this agreement, howsoever arising.

If you wish to download the Services, in some cases you are required to complete an online registration form and to disclose personal information such as your name, address, Company name and address and e-mail address ("Personal Data"). You are not obliged to give this information but you will be unable to download the Services if you do not.

The Personal Data collected by Choreology will be used and processed as set out below and in addition, will be exported to Choreology employees, agents and/or consultants based in the United States of America who will also use the data for the same purposes set out below.

Choreology is committed to protecting your rights of privacy and abides by the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. Furthermore, Choreology undertakes to ensure that all Personal Data is kept safely and securely and erased when it is no longer accurate and or of use.


 9. You consent to Choreology processing your Personal Data for the following purposes:-
(a) To enable us to contact you with news and information about our company, products and services
(b) To enable us, and carefully selected partners, to provide you with information about forthcoming events
(c) To enable us to administer our web site and to analyse the extent of repeat usage
(d) To enable us to gather information that will enable us to measure the impact of our sales and marketing activities

You may notify Choreology at any time if your Personal Data changes or if you believe that Choreology is holding incorrect information about you. If you would like a copy of the Personal Data that is being held by Choreology about you, please forward an e-mail to info@choreology.com or write to the Choreology registered office address. On receipt of your e-mail or letter someone will contact you to make arrangements for you to view such information.

Choreology reserves the right to amend and update these Terms from time to time. Any changes to these Terms will become effective once they have been notified on this website. You will be taken to have accepted any amendments to these Terms if you continue to use this website after such amendments have been placed on the website.


13.

The law and jurisdiction applicable to these Terms shall be that of England and Wales.
